Shadow Reclamation Act
My ojiichan was a prisoner here but today there is no indication that the Santa Fe camp existed. Now it is the intersection of St. Francis Drive and West Alameda. There is a Burger King, a gas station, a housing development.
The city of Santa Fe's original name, and a name that is still used today is Oga Po'geh (White Shell Water Place). Anglicized spellings vary. This land is the unceded territorial land of the Tewa, Apache, Pueblo and Navajo peoples.
