At the turn of the 20th century, before the Pacific Coast Highway was built, Lower Topanga was a Japanese fishing village.
This short is an homage to that village and an homage to an homage: a 2003 series of short films by Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami, Five Dedicated to Ozu.
